V.G. Western Red Cedar

"B" Grade, MM

This remarkable wood has a definite charm all its own. Its darker color exhibits a wide range of tones and is full of character.

We slice both knotty and vertical grain. The knotty grain is a full rich brown with the quality of milk chocolate.

The vertical grain is more of a rarity. It's a little tougher to find, but when used has a high-class rustic appeal.

As a result, this wood is an excellent choice when paired with rustic architecture, or for those jobs when a uniquely Western appearance is desired.

Western Red Cedar is extremely resistant to fading, rot and decay, making this species ideal for use indoors or outdoors.
